Ex-Wrestler Jeff Hardy Arrested On Drug Charges
Jeff Nero Hardy, former WWE champ and one-half of the duo team the Hardy Boyz, was arrested Friday on drug charges.
Moore County Officials report that officials executed a search warrant of Hardy’s Cameron, N.C. home.
During the search officers seized approximately:
• 262 Vicodin prescription pills
• 180 Soma prescription pills
• 555 milliliters of anabolic steroids
• powder cocaine and drug paraphernalia.
The estimated street value of the drugs seized is $2,500.00.
The 32-year-old former pro-wrestler has been charged with felony trafficking in opium, two counts of felony possession with intent to sell or deliver a Schedule III controlled substance, felony maintaining a dwelling to keep controlled substance, felony possession of cocaine, and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia.
Hardy was placed in the Moore County Detention Center under a $125,000.00 secured bond.

this will never change how i feel about jeff. he’s human. humans make mistakes. its how we live and learn. jeff has been through hell and back and yeah, sure, he messed up, but who in this world hasnt??? i know he can get past this and i hope he gets the help he needs. he has been my favorite wrestler and hero since 1998. he put his body and his mind through so much hell that we can only imagine and he did it all for us. what kind of fans would we be if we just turned our backs on him for slipping up in a very human way? i guess all im saying is i love jeff and i always will, regardless of where his choices lead him. you know peopl keep saying its cm punks fault its not. im not saying i like cm punk or anything just sayin da truth. wwe is fake. the wrestlers go by a script but sometimes they get hurt too. so jeff hardy getting kicked out of wwe is because the manager planned it. i dont like cm punk i love jeff hardy though. i was a big fan of him like alot of you, and it shocked me to find out hes doin drugs this makes me so sad. also rehab may help and it may not. i believe if you really want to stop smoking, drinking, or doing drugs you have to have enough will to do it. jeff if your reading this i always dreamed of meeting you and wanted to be a wwe wrestler to just so i could meet u. mabe i will someday. i have lots of hope you’ll get past the drugs and go back and be your old self live life for the moments. sure a beer is good once in a while but dont get drunk all the time. and please dont smoke or do drugs. ill be prayin for you jeff. im one your biggest fans and like i said im full of hope for please do better. everyone knows whats right and wrong you just have to choose.

As a wrestling fan and a victim of a pro wrestling accident I’m sorry to hear about Jeff Hardy. WWE had exploited Jeff’s prior drug use and suspensions from wrestling. Jeff suffered from herniated discs in his neck and back. This does not excuse his abuse of prescribed medication and illegal drugs…I just wanted viewers to see that Jeff fulfilled his script with WWE. Maybe he will get the medical help for drug abuse and possible surgical procedures to correct his physical problems.
