Local Chef To Appear Along Side Guy Fieri
Triangle’s own “Iron Chef” Walter Royal will be appearing at the Raleigh Memorial Auditorium as part of Guy Fieri’s Roadshow on November 21.
Fieri is the star of three Food Network shows and is bringing his first-ever Culinary Roadshow to Raleigh. Walter Royal, Executive Chef at The Angus Barn, will join Fieri on stage to share some of his own award-winning recipes. Royal won Food Networks “Iron Chef America” in 2006.
The Guy Fieri Roadshow is a two hour “food-a-palooza” and rock concert filled with entertainment.
“We’ve been test-driving this concept on a smaller scale and the adrenaline of the crowd is through the roof,” explains Guy. “Putting on a show for my fans that marries food and rock-n-roll with blow-your-mind entertainment is a dream come true.”
Also in store is Australian-based flair bartender Hayden “Woody” Wood.

Each city will feature a local celebrated chef, and then Guy will take center stage with an unscripted and wildly entertaining performance, complete with interactive cooking stations, demos, behind the scenes stories from the road and more.
Tickets are on sale and can be purchased at the Progress Energy Center Box Office or at all Ticketmaster outlets.
