Phantom Of The Opera Opens At DPAC
Broadway’s longest running opera will be playing at the Durham Performing Arts Center for 32 performances.
Andrew Lloyd Webber’s The Phantom of the Opera will open Thanksgiving night and run through December 20.
Phantom is the love story of a beautiful opera singer and a young composer who lives beneath the Paris Opera House because he is ashamed of his appearance. Scroll down for an insiders look at the Phantom of the Opera.
Tickets are now on sale and the DPAC offers several discounts including:
• Food Bank of Central and Eastern N.C. night. Bring in a canned good or non-perishable food item to the DPAC Box Office and receive a $20 ticket to select performances. Food items will be accepted on the day of performance. Click here for participating dates.
• Students with proper ID can get a $25 ticket which is valid for all performances.
• Military personnel showing proper ID at the ticket office on the day of the performance for a $20 ticket. Valid for Tuesday, Wed., Thurs. and Sunday evening performances only.
