Blue Man Group, Lion King Musical Part Of DPAC Lineup
The Durham Performing Arts Center just announced the lineup for its third season, and it looks like they have quite a few award-winning shows coming to the theatre.
SunTrust Broadway Series 2010-2011 season kicks off with Billy Elliot the Musical, which will run from November 2-14.
Next up on the show bill is a new Mel Brooks musical: Young Frankenstein. This show will run from December 7-12.
Then, a show that everyone should experience, Disney’s The Lion King, will be playing during the month of January. The Lion King is the most demanded show of the decade and I have heard is a spectacular show filled with incredible costumes and music.
The rest of the line-up includes all types of shows, from the Blue Man Group to Shrek The Musical, that will please the entire family. The Blue Man Group will perform March 15 through 20.
