Kane Realty has announced that a bowling and entertainment complex will open by the end of 2010 at North Hills.

A press release states that Triangle entrepreneurs Chris Angel and Alan Fluke will open Sparians Midtown Bowling Boutique’s flagship location by December. The entertainment complex will occupy almost 30,000 square feet on the first floor of Park & Market at North Hills. The bowling center will be located across from Bruegger’s Bagel Bakery and the CapTrust Tower.

“Although bowling will be the primary attraction, our main focus will be on creating a vibrant atmosphere with appetizing food, unlimited fun and impeccable service,” said Fluke in the press release.

The “boutique” will have 18 bowling lanes, two private suites with six lanes, a full service restaurant and a state-of-the-art audio and video system.

The creators claim the complex will have the largest high-definition projection screens in the Triangle.

Sparians expects to hire 100 employees when the business opens.
