‘MythBusters’ Stars To Talk Science At UNC
“MythBusters” Adam Savage and Jamie Hyneman will be coming to Chapel Hill as part of the North Carolina Science Festival in September.
The Morehead Planetarium and Science Center at the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill made the announcement Monday morning.
The TV duo will share stories from behind the scenes of their popular show “MythBusters” as well as video outtakes. “An Afternoon with Adam and Jamie” will include a question-and-answer session with opportunities for questions from the audience.
Tickets for the September 19 event go on sale July 26 and can be purchased by clicking here. Tickets start at $18 per person.
A limited number of premium tickets will be available at $100 per person. According to event organizers, each premium ticket includes a meet-and-greet reception before the program, a chance to have your picture taken with Savage and Hyneman, reserved seating, and a North Carolina Science Festival T-shirt.
