DPAC To Host Legendary Comedian Carol Burnett
The Durham Performing Arts Center has announced it will host legendary entertainer Carol Burnett for a night of “laughter and reflection.”
Audience members will have the opportunity to ask the comedian questions during the interactive event on April 2.
“DPAC looks forward to this special event with comedian/actress Carol Burnett. We know our patrons will enjoy a hilarious evening of interaction with Carol,” stated Rachel Gragg, Assistant Director of Marketing and PR for the venue.
Tickets go on sale to the general public on August 6 at 10 a.m. If you’re a friend of the DPAC, you will be able to purchase tickets on August 4. Ticket prices start at $42.
Burnett is known for her comedic and musical talents, and for her variety show The Carol Burnett Show, which ran from 1967 to 1978.
